    Satmya also provides Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. Ayurvedic Yoga Massage combines deep tissue massage with assisted stretching, mobilisations, tractions and breathwork. This powerful combination helps the client to fully relax, and allows for a transformative, remedial experience.

  • Relaxation courses with Refocus Hypnotherapy

    ‘Having worked as a nurse for many years, I needed a new challenge and decided to train as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. It is an incredibly rewarding and positive form of therapy and I currently provide 1:1 sessions for people for a wide range of reasons such as feeling anxious/overwhelmed/sleep difficulties/struggling to cope.

    I am now on a mission to encourage people to feel the benefits of having time for themselves and my group relaxation sessions are the perfect antidote to a busy life.’

  • T’ai chi with Mick Mangan

    T’ai chi is a gentle form of exercise, originating in ancient China, in which slow, flowing movements are combined with deep breathing in order to cultivate the inner energy of the body of chi. T’ai chi has physical health benefits and also mental and spiritual aspects. In these classes we will be practicing the Lee style T’ai Chi form.
