Community Engagement Team

Community engagement team. The park needs to be integrated in to the community and this needs a passionate group of people to engage the park with projects that could really benefit getting outdoors or using an outdoor space for activities. After school projects for low income families, disabled and elderly groups. The park can be exclusively used by so many deserving different groups for free, always for free. And that is something unique that we can offer that we should be proud of and promoting. If this is something you would like to get involved with, then please email info@wwpf.uk and tell me a little about yourself and what you think you could bring to the Community Engagement team.

Events Committee

Part of that next year will be about curating small events. Such as Art Exhibitions, Outdoor theatre, Children's events such as over Halloween, Easter, Christmas as well as other events such as teddy bears picnic. Also more food events, Craft Events and of course events on the natural world. The possibilities are exciting and not limited to just those things.

Events committee - to discuss, plan, create and deliver fresh events in the park that are in line with charities objectives. This will be an open forum chaired by myself and you will not be expected to deliver an event on your own. I have over 10 years in delivering events and will be doing a lot of the grunt work. If this interests you then please get in touch Via email. info@wwpf.uk tell me a little bit about why you want to get involved with the events committee.
